  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic in lesser amounts
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder or finely chopped fresh onion
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika try smoked paprika for extra depth
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper adjust to personal preference
  • 1 teaspoon Salt kosher or sea salt recommended
For Garnish and Serving
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley for garnish
  • 2 pieces Lemon Wedges for serving

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your grill or oven to a medium-high heat of 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse your salmon fillet under cold water and gently pat it dry using a paper towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt until fully blended.
  4. Brush the prepared spice mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
  5. Carefully place the salmon on the grill skin-side down or transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet for the oven.
  6. Cook the salmon for approximately 15-20 minutes until the flesh becomes opaque and easily flakes with a fork.
  7. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the grill or oven and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish the salmon with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
