Step-by-Step Instructions for Spicy Ground Beef Stir-Fry
  1. Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, mincing garlic, and measuring soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili flakes.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add ground beef, cooking for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in soy sauce, chili flakes, and brown sugar; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  3. In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add broccoli, zucchini, and red bell pepper, stir-frying for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing 1 cup of steamed rice in each bowl and topping with stir-fried beef and vegetables. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
