Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt unsalted butter in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Add scrambled eggs and stir until fully cooked.
- Mix in the frozen vegetables, diced onion, minced garlic, and cooked, chilled rice. Ensure everything is well combined.
- Pour in low sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
- Place the pan into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Once cooked, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for garnish and serve warm.
