Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt unsalted butter in an oven-safe pan over medium heat. Add scrambled eggs and stir until fully cooked.
  3. Mix in the frozen vegetables, diced onion, minced garlic, and cooked, chilled rice. Ensure everything is well combined.
  4. Pour in low sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to coat all ingredients.
  5. Place the pan into the preheated air fryer and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, sprinkle chopped green onions over the top for garnish and serve warm.
