Cooking Steps
- Mix flour with paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken and set aside flour mixture.
- Heat oil in skillet. Brown chicken for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
- Sauté sliced onion, cayenne pepper, and remaining paprika until onions are soft.
- Return chicken to pot, add stock, and simmer for 45 minutes until cooked.
- Combine reserved flour with sour cream. Add to pot and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.
