Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Place the pork loin in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over it, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork on all sides for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  6. Transfer seared pork to a baking dish, pour any remaining marinade over it, and roast for approximately 1 hour until it reaches 145°F (63°C).
