- Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto a large sheet pan.
- Toss the broccoli florets in a bowl with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread onto the prepared sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (230ºC) for a crispy texture on the bake.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken sausage, roasted broccoli, frozen tortellini, red pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil. Stir well to coat.
- Add half of the grated parmesan cheese to the mixture and fold until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until melted and golden-brown.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top, let cool slightly, and serve hot garnished with fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes.
