Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil onto a large sheet pan.
  2. Toss the broccoli florets in a bowl with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread onto the prepared sheet pan and roast for 10 minutes.
  3. Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF (230ºC) for a crispy texture on the bake.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken sausage, roasted broccoli, frozen tortellini, red pepper flakes, and remaining olive oil. Stir well to coat.
  5. Add half of the grated parmesan cheese to the mixture and fold until well combined.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly across the sheet pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until melted and golden-brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top, let cool slightly, and serve hot garnished with fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes.
