  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Any neutral oil can be used.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan or Cheddar Cheese, shredded Nutritional yeast is a vegan substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Coconut milk can lighten it up for vegan.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Optional; omit if preferred.
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Parsley Optional; try cilantro or green onions.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente; strain and set aside.
  2. In a sauté pan, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Gochujang and heavy cream. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
  4. Add the strained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
