Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a 9-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt. Whisk until fully blended.
- Drizzle ½ cup of melted unsalted butter over the mixture and mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Fold in 1 cup of grated cheddar cheese and ½ cup of diced jalapeños.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 12 ounces of beer, ½ cup of milk, 1 beaten egg, and 2 tablespoons of honey until smooth. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Optionally, sprinkle extra cheese and jalapeño slices on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let the loaf rest in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Avoid over-mixing the batter to keep it light.
