Cooking Steps
  1. In a large saucepan, pour the chicken broth and set the heat to medium. Allow the broth to come to a gentle simmer, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together chili flakes and ketchup until combined. Once the broth is simmering, add the peppers and the spicy ketchup mixture. Stir to combine.
  3. Cook the peppers for about 5 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
  4. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, stirring until heated through for another 2-3 minutes. Add cilantro if desired.
  5. Serve the soup in bowls and top with sliced green onions.
