Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour toffee mixture over the arranged saltines and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee layer.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; sprinkle over melted chocolate.
  7. Dust with a pinch of sea salt.
  8. Cool completely at room temperature for about 30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
