Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the Saltine crackers in a single layer on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Combine 1 cup of unsalted butter and 1 cup of brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle 1.5 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips over the hot toffee layer.
  6. Mix 0.5 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in a small bowl for the topping.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate over the toffee layer and sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly.
  8. Allow cooling for about 30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
