Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onions and bell peppers, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables and cook for about 7-10 minutes until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in your pizza sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Fit the pre-made pie crust into a pie dish.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture into the prepared pie crust, top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni if desired.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
