Preparation Steps

  2. Allow the mixture to sit at room temperature for 5 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the second shot of espresso with Greek yogurt and sweetener to taste. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spoon a layer of chia pudding into glasses, followed by a layer of yogurt mixture. Repeat this until glasses are filled.
  5. Dust the tops with cocoa powder and add dark chocolate shavings if desired. Serve immediately or let chill for more flavor.
