Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle or saucepan over medium-high heat, cool for about 1 minute.
  2. Add jasmine green tea leaves or bags to a teapot. Pour the hot water over and steep for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Heat your choice of milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring gently until warmed.
  4. Remove tea leaves, pour brewed tea into a mug, and stir in warm milk until combined.
  5. Add vanilla syrup to the tea-milk mixture and stir to incorporate.
  6. For an iced version, fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the prepared tea over.
