  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Orange Juice Fresh-squeezed preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions for Christmas Fruit Salad
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly in cold water and pat dry.
  2. Slice the green grapes in half, peel and slice the kiwi, core and chop the apples, and slice the strawberries.
  3. Combine all prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and fresh orange juice until smooth.
  5. Add poppyseeds to the dressing and mix until distributed.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat.
  7. Serve immediately or store dressing and fruits separately until ready to serve.
