- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the granulated sugar and softened unsalted butter together until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Add the large egg into the butter-sugar mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
