For the Caesar Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Romaine Hearts Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Extra Parmesan Grated

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine canned chicken, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, molding it into two thin rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  5. While the crust bakes, mix dressing ingredients in a bowl until creamy.
  6. In a large bowl, toss Romaine hearts with the Caesar dressing until well coated.
  7. Once the crusts are baked, top them with the dressed Romaine and extra Parmesan.
  8. Slice and serve immediately for a delightful meal.
